- Make any corrections on the Sales screen in the Personalize Items – Customize area.
- Once corrections have been made, rerun the report and confirm the changes.
- When you are finished and ready to submit your Name Plate order to the plant, click the Submit button on the Reports screen to generate a .csv file that you can email to your Customer Service Adviser via eService.
To submit Picture This!, run the Personalization > All Picture This! report and use the Excel or PDF file to proofread.

Note: If you have installed HJ Quick Panel from the Software DVD in your kit and used it to load your PSPA CD, you can use the Prepare Picture This! wizard to match up your Picture This! .xls file and portraits. Follow the on-screen instructions in HJ Quick Panel to load the .xls file, match up the images to the personalization text and prepare the submission for the plant.
If you have previously sent your PSPA CD to the plant, email the .xls file to your Customer Service Adviser and the plant will use HJ Quick Panel to match up personalization list and portraits.
Directions to Run and Submit Accessory Order Reports
To submit accessory orders, use the Order Totals > Sale Items report to determine the quantity of each item needed. Email this information to your Customer Service Adviser prior to the deadline.
