What happened? All of my items and packages disappeared!

No worries, it's all still there. Most likely, the expiration date set for your sales has simply passed. In-school sales can have two expiration dates. If the in-school sales deadline hasn’t passed, then the date on the actual package or item has probably expired. Just log into www.hjebusiness.com with your YBAccess username and password, then go to the Setup area and check the sales dates for your items or packages.
